How to track packages and get delivery updates.

Stay informed about your delivery with tracking.

Finding tracking information

  1. Go to Your account > Purchases
  2. Click on your order
  3. Look for the tracking number
  4. Click to track on the courier's website

Understanding tracking statuses

  • Label created: Shipment is registered
  • Picked up: Courier has collected the item
  • In transit: On the way to you
  • Out for delivery: Arriving today
  • Delivered: Left at your address

Tracking updates

  • Updates may take 24–48 hours to appear initially
  • Some couriers update more frequently than others
  • Check back periodically for updates

If tracking doesn't update

Wait a few days first, then:

  1. Contact the courier directly
  2. Message the seller
  3. Report the issue through Yellow Jersey if needed

Delivery notifications

  • Enable notifications in your account settings
  • Receive updates via email
  • Get notified of delivery attempts
