Common questions

Do I need Lightspeed?

Yellow Jersey is built around Lightspeed, so your products, stock and sales come across on their own. Xero and Deputy are optional and give Albert more to work with. On a different system? Talk to us.

How much work is it to set up?

Very little. Once Lightspeed is connected your range starts syncing straight away, and we fill in your hours, services and brands from your current website for you to check.

Will the AI say the wrong thing to my customers?

Nest answers from your own stock, prices, hours and policies. You can read every conversation, reply yourself at any point and switch Nest off whenever you like.

Where does Albert get its answers?
