What happens after I register?

We’ll get in touch and get your products online with you, whatever system your shop runs on.

Do I need Lightspeed?

No. Bring your products from Shopify, another point of sale or a spreadsheet, and we’ll work with you to get them online fast. Lightspeed shops can also connect directly, so stock and prices stay in sync on their own.

Will the AI say the wrong thing to my customers?

The concierge answers from your own stock, workshop jobs, prices and hours. You can read every conversation, reply yourself at any point and switch it off whenever you like.

Can riders haggle on my prices?

No. Offers are only for pre‑loved listings from riders. Your stock sells at your price, and riders can message you about it first.

Can I design the website myself?

Yes. Pick a design, then change anything in the page builder: add or move sections, rewrite the words, swap photos, fonts and colours. Nothing changes for shoppers until you press Publish.

Do I have to give up my website?

No. Your Yellow Jersey store page can sit alongside your current site, or replace it: point your domain at it and we’ll connect it for you.
