How shipping works

Yellow Jersey connects buyers with sellers for shipping.

The shipping process

1. Purchase: You buy an item
2. Preparation: Seller packages the item (1–3 days typically)
3. Dispatch: Seller ships and adds tracking
4. Transit: Courier delivers to your address
5. Delivery: You receive and inspect the item

Shipping costs

• Pre-loved items: Australia Post is a flat $12 in your bag, or pick up for free. An accepted offer uses the postage cost on the seller's listing
• Bike shop products: the shop's delivery and pickup options, shown in your bag
• Uber Express: $15, from some verified bike stores, delivered in about an hour within 10 km of the store
• Delivery is added at checkout, before you pay

Couriers

• Sellers post pre-loved items themselves
• The seller can add a tracking number to your order

Shipping address

• Provide accurate delivery details
• Include unit numbers and building names
• Add delivery instructions if needed
• Update your address in Settings

Delivery attempts

• Most couriers attempt delivery once
• Failed deliveries may go to a collection point
• Track your package for real-time updates
