Shipping as a seller

Guide to shipping your sold items quickly and safely.

After a sale

1. You'll receive a notification of the sale
2. View the order in Your account > Sales
3. Prepare the item for shipping
4. Ship within 3–5 business days

Packing guidelines

Bicycles

• Use a bike box or heavy-duty carton
• Remove pedals and turn handlebars
• Protect the frame with padding
• Secure wheels to prevent movement

Components

• Use appropriate-sized boxes
• Wrap in bubble wrap
• Prevent items from shifting

Apparel

• Use postal bags or boxes
• Include tissue or plastic wrap
• Protect from water damage

Adding tracking

1. Ship the item and get tracking number
2. Go to the order in Your account > Sales
3. Click "Mark as shipped"
4. Enter the tracking number
5. Click "Mark as shipped" again to confirm
