What happens after you buy

Here's what happens once you complete a purchase on Yellow Jersey.

Immediate actions

1. Confirmation email: You'll receive order details instantly
2. Seller notification: The seller is notified to prepare your item
3. Payment held: Yellow Jersey holds your payment until you confirm it arrived, or for up to 7 days

Seller ships

• Sellers typically ship within 3–5 business days
• You'll be notified when your item is shipped
• Tracking information will be provided

During transit

• Track your package using the provided tracking number
• Estimated delivery times are shown in your order
• Contact the seller if you have questions

Upon delivery

1. Inspect the item carefully
2. Compare it to the listing description and photos
3. Test any functionality if applicable
4. If everything is correct, confirm it arrived

Confirming it arrived

• Go to your order and click "Confirm it arrived"
• This releases payment to the seller
• If you don't confirm, payment is released automatically 7 days after you paid, even if your order hasn't arrived yet

If something's wrong

• Don't confirm it arrived if there's an issue
• Choose "Get help with this order" on your order within 7 days of paying, before the payment is released
• Provide photos and details to support your case
• We'll work to resolve the issue fairly
