When you're entitled to a refund, here's what happens.

Refund methods
- Refunds go to your original payment method
- Credit cards: Appears as a credit
- Debit cards: Returns to your account
- Digital wallets: Returns to wallet balance
Full refunds include

- Original shipping cost (if applicable)
- Any fees you paid
Partial refunds
- Amount depends on the issue
- May compensate for defects or damage
- Negotiated or decided by support
Tracking your refund
- You'll receive email confirmation
- Check your bank statement
- Allow processing time
- Contact us if not received after 14 days
