Zefal Disc Brake Cleaner is formulated for cleaning disc brakes. The maker calls it an excellent solvent against oil, grease, brake fluid, dried on dirt and braking residues, and says it re-establishes original braking performance, reduces noise and prolongs brake life.
It is quick drying with no residue and is acetone and CMR free, with no risk to plastic or painted parts according to the maker. Shake the can, spray all brake parts (disc and pads), leave for 30 to 60 seconds and wipe with a microfibre cloth if needed. Always test your brakes after use. It comes in a 400 ml aerosol.
