Riders who want tools and a spare tube on the bike instead of in a pocket, and are happy to give up one bottle position for them.
The Zefal Z Box M is a tool box shaped like a bottle, so it drops into a bottle cage and frees up your jersey pockets and saddle bag. It holds 0.6 L, which puts it between the 0.5 L Small and the 0.8 L Large in the Z Box range.
The polypropylene body closes with a screw cap and is waterproof, so your tools and spares stay dry. It measures 17 x 7.5 x 7.5 cm and weighs 80 g, and Zefal designs and makes it in France.

Great for
Maybe not for
This is the Medium. Zefal makes the Z Box in three sizes: S 0.5 L (14 cm long), M 0.6 L (17 cm long) and L 0.8 L (24 cm long), all 7.5 cm across.
Pack it so it stays quiet
Wrap loose tools, like a multi-tool, inside your spare tube so nothing knocks against the box on rough roads, and screw the cap on fully before you ride.
