This VP Components ISIS bottom bracket is a straightforward replacement for worn or gritty ISIS cartridges. The whole unit is sealed, so there is nothing to adjust once it is fitted.
It fits 68 mm threaded shells and has a 108 mm hollow cro-mo axle with double sealed bearings to keep water and grit out. Crank bolts are included.

Measure your shell width (68 mm) and match the axle length (108 mm) to your old bottom bracket. The length is usually stamped on the cartridge body.
Match the axle length
Axle length sets your chainline. Read the size off the old cartridge before ordering, and use a new crank bolt torque check after the first ride. Grease the threads and the frame's shell before fitting.
