The Vittoria Rally is Vittoria's road training tubular. It lets you ride tubular wheels every day without wearing out expensive race tyres.
It uses a 220 TPI cotton casing, which gives that smooth, supple tubular feel, and a 1C compound with Graphene for grip and durability. The 23-28 size is 23 mm wide for 700c tubular rims.
This is the full black version, which suits any bike and hides road grime well.

For 700c tubular rims only. Check the valve is long enough to reach through deep section rims; use a valve extender if needed.
Stretch before gluing
Mount the tyre on a spare rim and pump it up overnight to stretch it. It will be much easier to fit and centre when you glue it on. If you are new to tubulars, we are happy to do the gluing for you.
