Overview

A strong choice for trail and all-mountain riders who prioritise predictable cornering grip, technical-trail control and durable tubeless performance over minimum weight.

The Vittoria Martello Trail 27.5x2.6 is built for trail riders tackling a changing mix of hardpack, loose soil, steeper sections and technical descents. Its durable, moto-inspired tread blocks provide a secure edge in corners, while progressive siping helps the knobs conform to the trail for a more controlled, predictable feel.

Wide spacing between the tread blocks helps clear loose soil and sticky mud, keeping the tread working when conditions become untidy. The 4Compound Formulation powered by Graphene uses four rubber compounds to balance rolling speed, grip and durability across the tyre.

For tubeless setups, the 60 TPI nylon Trail casing combines a reinforced sidewall layer, Bead Shield and Anti-Puncture Belt for added protection in high-stress areas. Please check your rim and tyre clearance before fitting, and use a sealant that does not contain ammonia, as ammonia can damage the casing and tubeless insert.

Trail-focused tread

Squared, moto-inspired blocks provide reliable bite on hardpack and mixed trails, helping you hold your line through corners and technical sections.

Progressive siping

Varying sipe widths let the tread blocks flex and conform to the surface, giving you a more responsive feel with control and stability.

Self-cleaning spacing

Wide gaps between the knobs help shed loose soil and sticky mud so the tread can maintain consistent traction.

4Compound rubber formulation

Four strategically positioned compounds balance grip, rolling efficiency and long-term durability across the tread.

Tubeless-ready construction

The nylon casing is designed for tubeless use, helping you run a practical trail setup without an inner tube.

Trail casing protection

A reinforced nylon sidewall, Bead Shield and Anti-Puncture Belt add protection against abrasion, bead-area impacts and punctures.

Technical-trail control

The combination of strong tread edges, siping and sidewall support is suited to confident riding through varied trail conditions.

Technology

4Compound Formulation powered by Graphene

Four optimised rubber compounds are positioned where they are needed to balance speed, grip and long-lasting durability across the trail.

Trail casing

A durable 60-TPI nylon casing resists abrasion and punctures while retaining a supple, connected trail feel.

Bead Shield

An additional layer around the bead provides extra protection in a high-stress area of the tyre.

Anti-Puncture Belt

An added protective belt improves puncture resistance for more dependable riding on technical terrain.

Sidewall Protection

A reinforcing nylon layer strengthens the sidewalls and improves lateral stability.

Progressive siping

Varying sipe widths create tactile grip at the knob surface while maintaining responsive handling and stability.

Moto-inspired tread blocks

Squared, durable tread blocks deliver reliable traction and confident control on hardpack and mixed trails.

Self-cleaning tread spacing

Wide gaps between the knobs help shed loose soil and sticky mud so traction remains consistent.
