Velox Disc Brake Cleaner is a 600 ml aerosol made to degrease, clean and deoxidise the parts of a braking system. Velox says it suits discs, drums, pads, cylinders, linings and supports, and works with all types of braking system.
The formula is chlorine free, so it is non oxidising and non corrosive, and it evaporates in seconds without leaving streaks. That makes it a handy last step after a pad change or a contaminated rotor clean, when you want the surface clean and dry before you ride.

Velox labels this DANGER: extremely flammable aerosol, pressurised container that may burst if heated, may cause drowsiness or dizziness, and toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Contains hydrocarbons, C6, isoalkanes, less than 5% n-hexane. Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame, do not spray on a flame, do not pierce or burn the can even when empty, do not breathe the spray, use outdoors or in a well ventilated place, do not expose to more than 50 C, and keep out of reach of children.
