This 16 x 1 3/8 tyre, marked 37-340, fits a less common 16 inch rim found on some older kids' bikes, folding bikes and trikes. It is not the same as the 37-349 size used by Brompton.
It has a wire bead and a low profile hybrid road tread that rolls easily on footpaths and bike paths. Made by Vee Rubber, a large Thai tyre maker.

Check the sidewall of your old tyre for 37-340 or 340. Tyres marked 349 (such as Brompton) need a different size.
Read the numbers
16 inch tyres come in several rim sizes (305, 340, 349 and more) that are not interchangeable. The second number of the ETRTO on your sidewall is the one that must match.
