Home mechanics and workshops that swap cassettes and freewheels on 7 to 11-speed drivetrains.
Loosening a cassette lockring is a struggle if the sprockets turn with the tool. The TurnTable 11 holds them still: a flat blade and a length of chain grip the sprockets so you can use your usual lockring tool on the lockring, and BBB says you can take off every sprocket this way.
It works with 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11-speed sprockets and also removes freewheel sprockets. The tool is 290 mm long and 36 mm wide, weighs 295 g, and has a blue and black handle. Note that it only holds the sprockets, so you still need the lockring tool that matches your cassette.
Holds the sprockets
Stops the cassette turning while you undo the lockring.
7 to 11-speed
BBB lists it for 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11-speed sprockets.
Freewheel sprockets too
The same tool also removes freewheel sprockets.

One size, for 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11-speed sprockets. It does not undo the lockring itself, so you also need the lockring tool that matches your cassette.
Keep everything square
Keep the chain whip and the lockring tool square to the wheel, and rest the wheel on a bench so nothing can slip. A slipping tool is the usual way to skin a knuckle.
