BananaSlip Tungsten All Weather Lube adds tungsten disulphide as a friction modifier to Tru-Tension's wax based, 100% biodegradable formula. The maker says it sets in 5 to 10 minutes to a completely dry layer that repels moisture, keeps the chain clean and suits road, MTB and e-bikes.
Degrease the drivetrain, shake the bottle well, apply evenly along the chain, let it dry for five minutes, then reapply as needed. The maker cites independent testing by Zero Friction Cycling in Australia showing very low chain wear over 5,000 km of contamination testing. It comes in a 50 ml bottle.
