The Tioga MaxProtect tube wraps the air chamber in a thick outer layer of tough elastomer composite. Thorns, pins and small bits of glass get stuck in that layer instead of puncturing the tube.
The composite has a cellular structure, so it stays light, flexible and shock absorbing and rides much like a normal tube. When deflated it's soft and easy to fit.
This one fits 700c tyres from 38 to 45 mm wide, the typical hybrid, commuter and gravel range, and uses a 40 mm Schrader (car type) valve.

Check the tyre too
A thorn that stays lodged in the tyre can work its way through over time. When you fit the tube, run your fingers carefully around the inside of the tyre and pull out anything sharp.
