10-speed mountain, gravel and city riders who want a lower climbing gear or are setting up a 1x drivetrain.
The SunRace MS3 cassette spreads 10 gears from 11 to 40 teeth, a popular way to give a 10-speed bike a much easier climbing gear. It's a favourite for 1x conversions and for riders who want more range on hilly commutes or gravel roads.
The largest cogs sit on two alloy spiders to save weight, bringing the cassette to 414 g. It slides onto a standard Shimano HG spline freehub and works with 10-speed shifters and chains.

Fits HG spline freehub bodies. Your rear derailleur needs enough capacity for a 40T cog, usually a long-cage mountain derailleur or one with a hanger extender.
Check chain length
Going to a 40T cog usually means a longer chain. Size it on the big ring and 40T cog, and set the derailleur B-tension so the top pulley clears the big cog. A fresh 10-speed chain will get the most out of new cogs.
