Road and gravel riders on SRAM monoblock hydraulic brakes, and owners of 2017 to 2019 Level TLM or Ultimate brakes.
These are SRAM's own organic pads in the small asymmetric shape, made for its monoblock (one-piece) calipers. That covers hydraulic road brakes such as RED eTap HRD, Force and S-900 Aero, and the Level TLM and Level Ultimate A1 mountain brakes from 2017 to 2019.
The Quiet organic compound is the quietest pad SRAM makes. It beds in fast and has plenty of initial bite, which suits road and gravel riding in mostly dry weather. The steel backing plate is tough and handles heat well.
Organic pads do wear faster than sintered, especially in wet, gritty conditions, so keep an eye on pad thickness through winter.

Quiet organic
SRAM's standard organic compound: the quietest option, with a short bed-in and lots of initial bite.

Fits SRAM monoblock calipers only. Newer two-piece road calipers use a different small pad, so match your old pads to the photo or bring them in if you are unsure.
Check the shape
SRAM's road pads come in two small shapes that look alike. Hold your old pad against the new one before you fit it; the asymmetric monoblock pad has an offset tab.
Bed them in
After fitting, do 10 to 20 firm stops from about 30 km/h without locking the wheel. It makes a big difference to power and noise.
Drivetrains, brakes and suspension from Chicago.
SRAM was founded in Chicago in 1987, starting out with its Grip Shift twist shifter before growing into one of the big three component makers.
Today the SRAM family covers road, gravel and mountain drivetrains and brakes, plus RockShox suspension, Zipp wheels and TruVativ cranks and bottom brackets.
