Road riders and mechanics replacing a damaged hose on SRAM RED eTap HRD or S900 Aero HRD brakes, or fitting them to a new frame.
This SRAM hydraulic hose kit is made for the monoblock road calipers used on RED eTap HRD and S900 Aero HRD brakes. The 2000mm black hose is long enough for rear brakes on most road and gravel frames, including internal routing.
The kit includes the hose with its caliper-end fitting and the hose fittings for the lever end. It is cut to fit, so you can get a tidy length on your bike. The banjo bolt, bleed kit and DOT fluid are sold separately.
Each kit does one brake. Fitting a new hose always means a full bleed afterwards.

Maybe not for
Fits SRAM monoblock road calipers (RED eTap HRD, S900 Aero HRD). One kit per brake. SRAM's Black Banjo kit also lists these brakes, so either can work if your caliper has a black banjo.
Confirm your caliper
SRAM has used several hose ends over the years. Compare the caliper end of your old hose with the photo, or bring the bike in and we'll check it.
Bleed properly
After cutting and fitting, do a full SRAM bleed with fresh DOT fluid. A half-bled road brake feels spongy and can pull to the bar.
Drivetrains, brakes and suspension from Chicago.
SRAM was founded in Chicago in 1987, starting out with its Grip Shift twist shifter before growing into one of the big three component makers.
Today the SRAM family covers road, gravel and mountain drivetrains and brakes, plus RockShox suspension, Zipp wheels and TruVativ cranks and bottom brackets.
