Mountain bikers running SRAM Eagle Transmission (T-Type) who need a replacement or upgrade cassette at the GX level.
The SRAM XS-1275 GX Eagle T-Type cassette is made for SRAM's Eagle Transmission drivetrains. It spans 10-52T across twelve cogs for a 520% range, and SRAM uses 38 and 44 tooth cogs before the 52 so the low gears feel smoother to move through on long climbs.
The four biggest cogs are machined from a single block of steel, while the eight smaller cogs are pinned together. That hybrid build keeps it tough for everyday trail riding, and the nickel-plated silver finish helps it run quietly and resist wear.
It fits an XD driver and is designed around a 55 mm chainline and SRAM's T-Type chain. If you are replacing a worn cassette on a Transmission bike, this is the straight swap for the GX level.
Wide 520% range
10-52T across twelve cogs for fast descents and steep climbs.
Better low-gear steps
38 and 44 tooth cogs before the 52 make the climbing gears easier to move through.
Tough hybrid build
One-piece steel mini-cluster for the big cogs, pinned construction for the rest.
XD driver
Slides onto any hub with a SRAM XD freehub body.
Silver nickel finish
Plated for quieter running and longer life.

Compatibility
Eagle Transmission system
Built for SRAM's Eagle Transmission, where the cassette, T-Type chain and derailleur are designed as one system for shifting under load.
Hybrid construction
A one-piece steel mini-cluster for the four biggest cogs plus eight pinned cogs keeps the cassette stiff and durable without the cost of a fully machined block.
Nickel plating
SRAM plates the cassette in nickel to keep it quieter and more durable.
Great for
Maybe not for
Needs a hub with a SRAM XD driver body. Designed for SRAM Eagle Transmission (T-Type) with a T-Type chain and a 55 mm chainline.
Replace the chain too
A worn chain will quickly wear out a new cassette. If your chain is stretched, replace it with a T-Type chain at the same time and your new cassette will last far longer.
Setup after fitting
Transmission derailleurs are set up using the Setup Cog on the cassette. If shifting feels off after a cassette change, bring it in and we will run the setup for you.
Drivetrains built for how people really ride.
SRAM was founded in Chicago in 1987 and started out with the Grip Shift twist shifter.
Today SRAM makes complete drivetrains, brakes and suspension, and its Eagle 12-speed and Transmission systems are among the most common mountain bike drivetrains on the trails.
