These are Shimano's replacement bracket covers for Ultegra Di2 ST-R8170 levers, the 12-speed wireless Di2 hydraulic disc levers from the R8100 generation. You get a left and right pair in black.
They're shaped precisely for the ST-R8170 lever body, with a textured grip section on top for a secure hold when your hands are wet or sweaty.

Made for Shimano Ultegra Di2 ST-R8170 levers. Check the lever model before ordering, as Shimano's lever generations each use their own hood shape.
Fitting tip
Peel the old hoods off from the bottom up. Roll the new hood inside out, start it over the lever top and roll it down, working it neatly around the shift buttons. A little isopropyl alcohol helps it slide on and dries to a firm grip. You don't need to remove the levers from the bar.
