Riders keeping a 7-speed mountain, hybrid or commuter bike running who want a low 32T gear and a like-for-like Shimano replacement.
This is the CS-HG200-7 in the 12-32T spread: seven steel sprockets running 12-14-16-18-21-26-32T. Shimano describes it as its Tourney 7-speed cassette, with HYPERGLIDE shaping for reliable shifting and a rust-resistant surface treatment to help it last. The 32T largest sprocket gives you a low gear for climbing on a 7-speed bike.
Fit is the thing to check. Shimano lists this cassette for HG spline S (7-speed) freehub bodies rather than the spline M type, and for IG or HG 8, 7 and 6-speed chains. Shimano pairs the 12-32T with rear derailleurs such as the RD-M3020-8, RD-M360-SGS and RD-TX800-SGS.

Great for
Maybe not for
This is the 12-32T (12-14-16-18-21-26-32T). Shimano also lists the CS-HG200-7 in 12-28T, which has a smaller low gear. Use an IG or HG 8, 7 or 6-speed chain and a 7-speed HG spline S freehub body.
Check the freehub first
Look at your wheel before you order: Shimano lists the CS-HG200-7 for HG spline S (7-speed) freehub bodies. You will need a cassette lock ring tool and a chain whip to fit it. The lock ring is marked 40 N·m, so tighten it to that and re-index the gears afterwards.
