This is the genuine Shimano pulley set (Y3GE98010) for the GRX RD-RX810 mechanical and RD-RX815 Di2 11-speed rear derailleurs.
Pulley teeth and bushings wear over time, especially on gravel bikes that see mud, dust and grit. Worn pulleys lead to noisy, vague shifting and extra drivetrain drag, so swapping in a fresh guide and tension pulley is a cheap way to tidy things up.

Note which is which
The guide (upper) and tension (lower) pulleys are different, so fit one at a time and note the orientation. A dab of threadlocker on the pulley bolts and correct torque stops them backing out on rough gravel.
