Riders with Shimano Dura-Ace ST-9001 levers whose hoods are worn, torn or slippery.
Hoods are where your hands spend most of the ride, and over time they tear, stretch, go sticky or slip. These are the genuine Shimano bracket covers for Dura-Ace ST-9001 levers, part number Y00G98060, sold as a pair.
Being the original part, they're shaped exactly for the ST-9001 lever body, so they sit snugly without gaps or bunching, and they bring back the grip and comfort the levers had when new.
It's one of the cheapest ways to make a well-used bike feel fresh, and it also protects the lever bodies from knocks and sweat.

Fitting tip
Peel the old hoods off from the bottom. Roll the new hood inside out, fit it over the top of the lever body, then roll it down into place. A little isopropyl alcohol on the lever body helps it slide on and evaporates to leave a firm grip. Avoid soapy water or grease, which can leave them slippery.
