It fits Shimano HG spline M freehub bodies and runs on HG-X 10-speed chains. The 46T largest sprocket is listed for 1x10 setups with the RD-M5120-SGS derailleur, so check your rear derailleur before you order.

This is the 11-46T. Shimano also lists the CS-M4100-10 in 11-42T, which suits more derailleurs. Check that your rear derailleur handles a 46T largest sprocket, and use an HG-X 10-speed chain.
Match the derailleur
Shimano lists the 11-46T for 1x10 use with the RD-M5120-SGS (42T to 46T largest sprocket), while the RD-M4120-SGS tops out at 42T. Tighten the lock ring to the 40 N·m marked on it, and re-index the gears after the swap.
