Riders on an 8-speed commuter, hybrid or entry-level mountain bike who want a like-for-like replacement with a 32T low gear.
This is the CS-HG41-8 8-speed cassette in the 11-32T spread, with eight steel sprockets running 11-13-15-18-21-24-28-32T. The sprockets are nickel plated, and Shimano's HYPERGLIDE tooth shaping is there to keep indexed shifts smooth and controlled.
It fits HG spline M freehub bodies and runs on IG or HG 8, 7 and 6-speed chains. Shimano pairs the 11-32T with 8-speed rear derailleurs such as the RD-M3020-8, RD-M360-SGS and RD-TX800-SGS.

Maybe not for
This is the 11-32T. Shimano also lists the CS-HG41-8 in 11-30T and 11-34T, so check that the largest sprocket suits your rear derailleur.
Check the derailleur's reach
The 32T largest sprocket suits the 8-speed derailleurs Shimano lists for the 11-32T: the RD-M3020-8 for a 30T to 40T largest sprocket, and the RD-M360-SGS, RD-M310-Smart and RD-TX800-SGS for 28T to 34T. Tighten the lock ring to the 40 N·m marked on it, and check the chain length and indexing after the swap.
