The Seatylock Foldylock Classic 95 is a folding plate lock built from hardened steel links joined by protected stainless rivets. Folded up it measures just 212 x 46 x 69 mm and clips into its mounting case on your bike, so it is always there when you need it.
Unfolded it makes a 95 cm loop, enough to get around a frame and a rack, pole or bike hoop without a fight. It carries a Sold Secure Pedal Cycle Silver rating, and uses an automotive standard cylinder for a smooth, secure action.
Seatylock also sweated the small stuff: metal parts are rust resistant, plastic parts are UV protected and a friction damping system stops the rattles, so it stays quiet on bumpy paths. Three keys come in the box.

The case mounts to the bottle cage bolts or strap mounts with the supplied hardware. The 95 cm circumference suits most frames, poles and bike racks.
Lock it well
Get the loop around the frame and a solid fixed object, and keep the lock off the ground so it's harder to lever or strike. For long stays, add a cable or second lock for the front wheel.
