Parents who want to swap one Wallaby seat between two bikes, or who need a spare clamp for the seat.
This is the frame clamp for the Polisport Wallaby child seat. It clamps round the bike's seat tube, the seat clicks onto it, and a press of the red push-button release lifts the seat off without tools. It suits round and oval seat tubes from 28 to 40 mm and needs 90 mm of free tube length.
Fit a second clamp to another bike and one Wallaby seat can move between two bikes in seconds, which is handy for a family with two bikes. This is the clamp only, so the child seat is not included. Follow the instructions supplied with your seat when you fit it.

How it works
Great for
Maybe not for
Measure your seat tube before ordering: the clamp takes round and oval tubes from 28 to 40 mm and needs 90 mm of free length. Polisport recommends the Wallaby seat for 26 and 28 inch bikes and says it must not be fitted to mopeds or scooters. Its older Wallaby Evolution manual gives 28 to 35 mm for round tubes, so if your tube is over 35 mm, check the instructions that came with your seat.
Recheck the screws after your first rides
Polisport's instructions say to check and tighten the clamp screws again after the first and second use, and to make sure the block cannot turn or slide down the tube. Keep checking the fixings regularly, and never carry a child over the seat's 22 kg limit.
