Mountain bike and e-MTB riders who want a full-length lock-on grip with a textured, slip-free surface and a touch of colour.
The Python is BBB's grip for riders who want grip and feel in the same package. The raised hexagon pattern is designed to give your hands purchase in the right direction, and BBB says it keeps its grip under the most extreme circumstances. At 142 mm long it is a full-length grip, and BBB lists the weight at 79 g.
A lock ring clamps the grip to the bar, so there is no adhesive to wait on and fitting or swapping is straightforward. The grip body is made from Kraton, including recycled Kraton, with recycled polypropylene, and BBB gives the Python its E-bike ready label. This page is the moss green grip with the copper lock ring.

One length: 142 mm. Measure the clear space from the end of your bar to the inside of your brake lever clamp before you order, and allow for the lock ring at the inner end of each grip.
Check the lock ring
Tighten the lock ring while the grip sits square on the bar, then give each grip a hard twist before you ride. Check it again after your first ride.
