This page is the Medium in black. Pearl Izumi's chart lists Medium for a bicep of 30 to 33 cm and a wrist of 18 to 19 cm, and makes these unisex from XS to XXL. If you sit between two sizes, measure your upper arm and check it against the chart.
Keeping the fabric performing
Wash with a simple detergent that has no additives and never use fabric softener; residue left on the fibres reduces the fabric's technical performance. Follow the care label, and dry on a low, warm setting or hang them up. If they stop shedding water but are not dirty, rinse them twice in warm to hot water.
