Anyone replacing a worn, seized or too-short 25.8 mm seatpost on an everyday bike.
This 25.8 mm alloy seatpost is a standard replacement post for bikes that take that size, common on older steel and alloy frames, kids' bikes and commuters. At 400 mm long there's plenty of length for most riders.
The micro-adjust clamp lets you set the saddle angle in fine steps, and the post has a nominal 25 mm layback to put the saddle in a natural position over the pedals. The silver finish suits classic and retro builds.

Silver alloy

Micro-adjust clamp
The saddle angle can be set in fine steps rather than jumping between fixed notches, so it's easier to get the saddle dead level.

Seatpost diameter must match your frame exactly. Check the size stamped on your old post, or bring the bike in and we'll measure it. Always keep the minimum insertion mark inside the frame.
Measure before you buy
Seatpost sizes go up in small steps (25.4, 25.8, 26.0, 26.2 and so on), and a post that's even slightly too small will slip or creak. The size is usually stamped near the bottom of your old post.
