Owners of 2012 to 2015 era Specialized mountain bikes who have bent their hanger, or want a spare in the toolbox.
A bent or snapped derailleur hanger is one of the most common reasons gears stop shifting cleanly. The META CNC Model 205 replaces the Specialized 9892-4040 / 9892-4041 hanger and cross references to the Pilo D281.
It is CNC machined from 6061 T651 aviation aluminium and left in a silver finish. Listed fits include the Stumpjumper FSR, Enduro, Camber, Epic 29, Rumor, SX and Turbo S from around 2012 to 2015.
Hangers are very frame specific, so compare the shape and bolt holes with your old hanger before fitting. Bring the old one in and we will check it against this one for you.

Fitting tips
Clean the dropout, fit the hanger and tighten the bolt snugly without over torquing. After fitting, have the hanger alignment checked with an alignment gauge. Even a new hanger can sit slightly out of true on a frame that took the hit.
