Dirt jump, pump track and street riders on 26 inch wheels.
The Maxxis DTH is the go-to tyre for dirt jumps, pump tracks and street riding. Its grooved slick tread rolls fast down the middle, while the raised shoulders hold a line on hardpack berms.
This 26 x 2.30 version uses a wire bead on a 60 TPI casing with EXO sidewall protection, which shrugs off scrapes from coping, rocks and kerbs. The tan wall finish gives a jump bike a classic look.
It's rated to 80 psi, so you can run it firm for a fast, poppy feel on smooth surfaces.

A fast rolling centre with raised shoulders that bite when you lean into hardpack corners.
Great for
Maybe not for
26 inch (559 mm) rims. At 2.30 inches wide, check frame and fork clearance on older bikes.
Pressure for pump tracks
Start firm, around 40 to 50 psi, and drop a few psi at a time if the bike feels skittish in berms. Heavier riders and street riders usually go higher to protect rims on hard landings.
