The Lezyne Tubeless CO2 Blaster combines a tubeless plug tool and CO2 inflator in one compact package. Ream the puncture, load one of the five included plugs, insert it into the tyre and release CO2 through the tool. The plug helps seal the hole while the tyre is reinflated, reducing the number of steps in a trailside repair.
The machined aluminium body is light, durable and pocket-friendly, while the aluminium storage tube doubles as a handle and protects the hardened steel reamer when packed away. A CNC-machined twist knob gives you manual control over CO2 release, and the canister keeps the spare plugs organised.
This is best viewed as a dedicated emergency repair tool rather than a complete inflation solution. It cannot inflate through a Presta or Schrader valve, so carry a separate pump or standard CO2 inflator if you may need to add pressure after sealing the puncture. Its one-operation design is particularly useful for lower-pressure gravel and mountain bike tyres, where sealing a larger hole quickly matters more than achieving high road-tyre pressures.
