A practical choice for cyclists who want to take a cat, small dog or guinea pig on short rides using a standard rear rack.
Give your pet a front-row view of the ride with this large rear pet basket. It attaches to a standard rear bicycle or pannier rack using a spring-loaded quick-release bracket, while the carry handle makes attaching and removing the basket straightforward.
Inside, your companion gets a padded base that is soft on paws and an open wire dome lid for enjoying the sights and scents around them. The plastic-coated wire construction is durable for everyday use, and the included anchor strap provides a secure point for attaching your pet’s harness.
The basket measures 40 x 36 x 30 cm externally, with 35 cm of interior height, and supports pets up to 5 kg. The load limit is determined by the spring-loaded clamps; for a stronger permanent installation, the basket can instead be bolted to the rack or secured with strong cable ties. Check your pet’s size and your rack’s suitability before riding.
