Kogel Low Friction Grease is what Kogel recommends for the inside of its bearings. It is resistant to high loads and, in Kogel's words, smoother than a fresh jar of Skippy. The label says it is for use in hub and bottom bracket bearings.
Use it inside bearings only, not for installing parts. For pressing in cups and bearings, Kogel makes a separate Aqua Proof Paste. The 200 ml jar will last a long time, even for professional use.
