Riders who want a comfortable, good-looking Kask for everyday road rides, gravel and commuting without paying top-tier race helmet money.
The Kask Sintesi is Kask's all-rounder, designed to be one helmet for road, gravel, trail and commuting. It has a clean, rounded shape and comes in a bright, glossy Light Blue that stands out nicely in traffic and on the bunch ride.
It's built with an EPS inner shell under a polycarbonate outer shell, weighs a light 230 g in size M, and is certified to EN 1078. It also passes Kask's own WG11 rotational impact test, which checks how the helmet handles angled impacts.
The Ergo Fit dial makes fine fit adjustments easy, and the Blue Tech padding is breathable, antibacterial and antistatic. This is size M, which suits head circumferences of 52 to 58 cm.

WG11 rotational impact test
KASK's own rotational impact test, based on the WG11 working group method. Sintesi passes it without adding a separate slip liner.

Blue Tech padding
Breathable padding that is antibacterial and antistatic, for comfort on long and hot rides.
Great for
Maybe not for
This is size M (52 to 58 cm). Measure around your head about 1 cm above your eyebrows and ears. Size M covers 52 to 58 cm and size L covers 59 to 62 cm. If you sit on the boundary, try both in store.
Getting the fit right
Set the Ergo Fit cradle so it sits under the bump at the back of your head, then tighten until the helmet stays put when you shake your head without the straps done up. The front edge should sit about two fingers above your eyebrows.
When to replace it
Any helmet that has taken a hit should be replaced, even if you can't see damage. The EPS foam is designed to crush once. Otherwise, check the straps and padding each season and swap the pads when they get tired.
