Overview

An excellent choice for commuters, recreational riders and road or gravel cyclists who want one comfortable, lightweight helmet for a range of riding.

The Kask Sintesi is a versatile cycling helmet for road riding, gravel, mountain biking and urban commuting. Its EPS inner shell and polycarbonate outer shell combine with a clean, understated shape that suits everything from weekday commutes to weekend rides. At 230 g in size M, it offers a lightweight feel without moving into race-specific styling.

The Ergo Fit adjustment system gives you precise circumference and vertical adjustments, helping the helmet sit securely without excessive pressure. Independent testing found the fit stable and comfortable over long rides, while the Blue Tech padding is breathable and treated with antibacterial and antistatic properties for a fresher feel. The Sintesi has also passed Kask’s WG11 rotational-impact test alongside its required safety certification.

Ventilation is comfortable for varied riding, although riders who regularly tackle hot, slow climbs may prefer a more heavily vented helmet. There is no dedicated place to dock sunglasses, so the Sintesi is best suited to customers who prioritise comfort, versatility and value over race-focused aerodynamics or eyewear storage.

WG11 rotational-impact testing

Kask’s dedicated WG11 protocol adds rotational-impact testing alongside the helmet’s CE / UKCA - EN 1078 certification.

Lightweight construction

At 230 g in size M, the Sintesi keeps weight low for comfortable everyday riding and longer outings.

Ergo Fit adjustment

The adjustable rear system gives you fine control over fit and positioning, helping the helmet feel secure without clamping tightly.

Blue Tech padding

Breathable, antibacterial and antistatic padding helps improve comfort and freshness across regular rides.

All-round riding design

Its understated profile is suited to road, gravel, MTB and urban commuting rather than a single riding discipline.

Two size options

Choose M for 52–58 cm heads or L for 59–62 cm; measure around your head just above the ears before ordering.

Wide colour choice

With 11 colourways available, it is easy to match the Sintesi to your kit, bike or everyday style.

Sunglasses limitation

There is no dedicated eyewear docking, so keep this in mind if storing sunglasses on the helmet is important to you.
