This 700 x 23C-28C inner tube from Freedom To Ride is a plain, dependable butyl tube for road bikes and fast commuters on 700c wheels. Butyl holds air well, so you're not topping up every ride.
It has a 48 mm Presta valve, a good all round length for standard rims. A Presta valve is the slim road valve with a lock nut at the tip. Unscrew the tip before pumping and use a Presta head or adaptor.
Freedom To Ride tubes come from Bikecorp, the Australian distributor that previously packed this range under the Tioga name. Older Tioga-branded boxes list this size as 700 x 20/25.

Fits 700 x 23C-28C tyres on 700c wheels. Your rim must be drilled for a Presta valve. A 48 mm valve suits standard-depth rims; deep aero rims need a longer valve.
Check the tyre sidewall first
The size you need is printed on your tyre, for example 26 x 2.10 or 700 x 25c. Match that to the range on the box and match the valve to your rim hole and pump.
Stop repeat flats
Before fitting a new tube, run your fingers carefully around the inside of the tyre to find the thorn or glass that caused the flat, and check the rim tape is covering every spoke hole.
