Trail and cross-country riders on clipless pedals who want a stiff shoe with a precise, adjustable fit.
The FLR F-70 is built for trail riding. The one-piece microfibre upper is shaped to the contours of the foot, with extra layers over the toe box and heel to shrug off rocks and debris. A single dial and a strap let you fine tune the fit across the whole foot, and nylon mesh ports, perforations and a breathable tongue keep air moving.
Underneath, the M250 outsole uses injected fibreglass for stiff, efficient pedalling, with full-length arch support that FLR says will not pack out over time. Widely spaced TPU walk pads, dual density lugs and removable toe spikes add grip off the bike, and spare MTB spikes come with the shoes.

This page is for EU size 47. FLR publishes a size chart for its shoes, so measure your foot and check it against the chart, and allow for the socks you normally ride in.
Sort your cleats before the first ride
The sole has a two-bolt cleat mount, the standard pattern for MTB clipless pedals, so you will need a two-bolt cleat to suit your pedals. Fit the cleats and adjust the position so your feet and knees feel natural, then snug the dial and strap to hold your heel without pinching.
