Riders who want one chain lube for dry, wet and dirty conditions, and a tidy, controlled way to apply it.
Finish Line HALO Wet is built for riders who meet all kinds of weather. A gas-to-liquid (GTL) base forms a hydrodynamic film that cuts friction, repels water and stays stable in extreme temperatures. Hollow spherical tungsten reduces vibration friction under hard pedalling, and ceramic boron nitride platelets form a non-stick protective coating that helps limit wear. Finish Line says the result is a chain that runs quieter, lasts longer and resists wash-off, protecting against rust and corrosion.
The bottle comes with Finish Line's patented Smart Luber applicator. A flow dial opens and closes the lube flow, and three wicking pads coat several sides of the chain as you backpedal, which helps keep spills and waste down. The pads can be removed for cleaning or replacing (spares are stored inside the cap), and the Smart Luber can be unscrewed to expose a precision applicator tip if you would rather apply it the traditional way. Finish Line lists HALO Wet as e-bike compatible.
Ultra-low friction, long mileage
A GTL, spherical tungsten and ceramic boron nitride formula made to cut friction and stretch the time between applications.
Water resistant
Resists wash-off to protect against rust and corrosion in wet and dirty conditions.
Smart Luber included
A patented applicator with a flow dial and three wicking pads for controlled, low-waste application.
No PFAS, biodegradable
The maker says it is not formulated with fluorinated or PFAS chemicals and is inherently biodegradable.

Great for
Maybe not for
One size: a 120 ml (4 fl oz) bottle with the Smart Luber applicator.
Start with a clean, dry chain
Finish Line asks for a completely clean, dry chain, free of previous lubricants, before HALO Wet goes on. Shake the bottle, turn the Smart Luber dial counterclockwise to OPEN, squeeze gently to prime the pads, then backpedal for four to six crank revolutions and return the dial to CLOSED. Peak performance may need two applications, and the wicking pads should be removed and rinsed after use so they do not clog.
