Finish Line Cross Country Wet Lubricant is the maker's strongest, longest lasting and most water-resistant chain lube. It goes on wet and stays wet on the chain, made from super durable high viscosity synthetic oils, special polymers, anti-wear additives and friction modifiers.
It is recommended for long-distance riding and extreme weather: 100 km plus rides, muddy off-road conditions, long rainy commutes and foggy, salt-air coastal climates. It is a heavier lube, so it needs a little more attention to drivetrain cleanliness. If you use it off-road or in dry climates, wipe the excess from the parts to cut down on dirt build-up.

Wipe the excess
A wet lube needs a wipe. Add a drop per roller, let it soak in, then wipe the outside of the chain so it does not pick up grit.
