The 20 x 1 3/8 size, marked 37-451, turns up on kids' bikes, older folding and shopper bikes from the 70s and 80s, and some mini BMX wheels. This Duro HF-111 is an all-black tyre with a traditional commuter tread.
It has a 60 TPI casing with a wire bead, and the low profile tread rolls easily on roads and paths. Duro is a long established Taiwanese tyre maker.

Fits 451 mm rims only. Most modern 20 inch kids' bikes and BMX use 406 mm rims (20 x 1.75 and similar), which need a different tyre.
406 or 451?
Look at your old tyre's sidewall. If it says 451 or 20 x 1 3/8, this is the one. If it says 406 or a decimal size like 20 x 1.95, you need a different tyre. Pair it with a 451 size tube.
