Home mechanics setting up a first toolbox, or anyone who wants a full-size set of hex keys for the workshop.
This nine piece hex key set runs from 1.5 mm to 10 mm, which covers almost every Allen bolt on a bike: small 1.5 to 2.5 mm grub screws and adjusters, the everyday 4, 5 and 6 mm stem, seatpost and brake bolts, and the bigger 8 and 10 mm sizes used on some cranks, pedals and freehubs.
Each key is colour coded, so you can grab the right size at a glance, and the long arms have ball ends for reaching bolts at an angle. Use the short end square-on when you need to break a tight bolt loose. A holder keeps the set together on the bench.

Maybe not for
Metric hex sizes only. Covers 1.5 to 10 mm, which suits nearly all bikes; check for Torx bolts on newer disc rotors, chainring bolts and some stems.
Ball end or short end?
Ball ends are great for spinning bolts in and out quickly, but they can round a tight bolt. Use the short, square end fully seated to break a bolt loose or do the final tightening, and use a torque wrench on carbon parts.
