Riders setting up or maintaining tubeless wheels who top up sealant at home and want a cap that doubles as the core tool.
The Chepark TIL-60 is a lightweight tubeless valve stem, supplied as a pair in black and 60 mm long. Its round rubber base is designed to suit different rim designs, and the hexagonal locking ring has an indented design that helps stop the rubber ring breaking as you tighten it.
The valve cap doubles as a valve core remover, so you can unscrew the removable core to add sealant. The stem is designed with a larger aperture and an opening at the base to help stop sealant particles clogging it.
Cap doubles as core tool
The valve cap doubles as a valve core remover, so topping up sealant needs no separate tool.
Hexagonal locking ring
An indented design helps stop the rubber ring breaking when tightened, and the ring can be tightened with a tool to prevent small air leaks.
Round rubber base
Designed to suit each rim design.
Clog-resistant stem
A larger aperture and an opening at the base help stop sealant particles clogging the stem.

60 mm overall length. Measure your rim's depth at the valve hole: the stem needs to stand clear of the rim with enough left over to fit a pump head. Presta valves need the smaller valve hole, so check your rim is drilled for them.
Seat the base square, then seal it
Make sure the rubber base sits flat and square in the rim before you tighten the locking ring, then tighten it firmly with a tool so it seals. After inflating, brush soapy water around the base to check for slow leaks before you ride.
