Riders with Centre Lock wheels who want to fit a 6-bolt rotor.
Centre Lock hubs have a splined rotor seat held on by a lock ring, while most rotors bolt on with six bolts. This adaptor bridges the two, so a 6-bolt rotor can be fitted to a Centre Lock hub, which is handy if the rotor you already have or prefer is the bolt-on kind.
As pictured, the set is a black splined adaptor ring with six tabs, a silver serrated plate with six holes, and a black lock ring stamped LOCK 40 N·m. Rotor bolts are not shown, and the axle size and rotor sizes it suits are not stated, so check your hub and your rotor before fitting.

Lock ring torque and a check after the first ride
Centre Lock lock rings are tightened hard, and this one is stamped 40 N·m, so use a torque wrench and the right lock ring tool. After the first ride, check that the lock ring, adaptor and rotor bolts are still tight, and that the rotor runs true in the caliper.
