The Blackburn Plugger is a tubeless tyre repair kit designed for punctures that do not seal by themselves. Its hollow needle carries the plug into the tyre, leaving part of the plug exposed so it can seal the puncture as you reinflate the tyre. The kit includes 10 plugs, giving you useful backup for repeated punctures or longer rides.
For quicker deployment, you can pre-load up to two plugs at once before setting off. When a puncture happens, the tool releases from its housing with a quick quarter-turn, helping you get the repair started without searching through a loose collection of parts. Independent testing found the Plugger reliable and easy to use, while noting that its wider tool diameter may be less suited to very small punctures that sealant can usually handle.
The included holster and strap make the Plugger easy to keep accessible on a frame, fork leg, pump or pack strap.
