Riders replacing a worn headset on a frame with a 41.4 mm (ZS41) head tube and a straight 1 1/8 inch fork.
The BBB BHP-50 is a semi-integrated (zero stack) headset for frames with a 41.4 mm inner head tube at both ends. It suits a straight 1 1/8 inch steerer, and in S.H.I.S. terms it's ZS41/28.6 up top and ZS41/30 at the bottom.
The bearings sit in cups pressed into the frame, so it looks almost fully hidden while the frame itself never takes bearing wear. Sealed retainer CrMo bearings keep grit and water out, and they can be swapped when they eventually wear.
An open crown race makes the fork side easy to fit, and the whole headset weighs 105 g. It's a common size on many older road, hybrid and MTB frames.

Semi-integrated design
The bearings sit inside the head tube in their own pressed cups, so the headset looks low and neat while the frame is protected from bearing wear.
Open crown race
The split crown race slips onto the fork without a press, making fitting and swapping forks much easier.

Maybe not for
Measure the inside of your head tube before ordering: this needs 41.4 mm at the top and bottom and a straight 1 1/8 inch fork steerer. Cups are pressed into the frame, so fitting needs a headset press.
Check the S.H.I.S. code
Headsets that look alike can differ by a millimetre. Look for ZS41 on your old cups or measure the head tube bore. If in doubt, bring the bike in and we'll measure it.
Press, don't hammer
Zero stack cups need to go in straight. Use a proper headset press and a little grease on the cups, and set the preload before tightening the stem bolts.
