Overview

Riders replacing a saddle who want a race-style shape with a cut-out.

The Pro Range Chi is a race-style saddle built around an ergonomic cut-out that is designed to keep you comfortable across a range of riding positions. It measures 150 x 260 mm and weighs 267 g.

It is mounted on CrMo rails and finished in black. The slim, long shape suits road and performance riding rather than upright, wide-seat comfort riding.

Ergonomic cut-out

A centre cut-out designed for comfort in a range of riding positions.

CrMo rails

Chromoly rails, labelled high strength by Azur, for a solid mount.

Race-style size

150 mm wide, 260 mm long and 267 g.

Who it's for

Great for

  • Road and performance riding where a slim, race-style saddle suits
  • Riders who like a cut-out for comfort in several riding positions

Maybe not for

  • Riders who want a wide, heavily padded comfort saddle
  • Riders with wide sit bones who need more than 150 mm of support

One size: 150 mm wide and 260 mm long. Sit bone width, flexibility and riding position all affect saddle comfort, so treat the width as a guide rather than a promise of fit. Check the rails suit your seatpost clamp before fitting.

Worth knowing

A cut-out is only part of the fit

A cut-out reduces pressure in the centre of the saddle, but comfort still depends on saddle height, tilt and fore-aft position. Set the saddle level first, then adjust in small steps and ride it before changing anything else.
