This is a sealed cartridge bottom bracket with alloy cups and an aluminium sheath, sized for a 73 mm threaded shell. The sealed bearing and waterproof seal are built into the unit, so fitting is a straight swap for a worn bottom bracket of the same size.
The 124.5 mm axle has square-taper ends for square-taper cranks. Because axle length sets your chainline, check the length your crankset specifies before ordering.

Check the shell first
Look at the frame's bottom bracket shell before you order. It needs to be a threaded shell that is 73 mm wide, and a 68 mm shell takes a different bottom bracket. A quick measure across the shell saves a wasted trip.
